Scope/objective of the policy

1.1. The Company considers discipline to be of paramount importance for both the effective running of the business operation and for the fair and consistent treatment of all Employees. The fair implementation of this policy will lead to a productive workplace with labour peace.

1.2. The disciplinary policy provides guidelines in terms of desirable behaviour. In addition, it provides guidelines in terms of correcting unacceptable behaviour and/or unsatisfactory performance.

1.3. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all staff complies with The Company’s expected behaviour, which is in line with the requirements of the relevant labour legislation.
