Scope/objective of the policy
  1. The objective of the policy on Workplace Bullying and Harassment is to set norms and guidelines for The Company in terms of desirable practices within the workplace.
  2. The Company does not accept or tolerate verbal, physical, visual or sexual conduct that harasses other people on the basis of any legally protected status, such as race, religion, creed, ancestry, colour, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, veteran status or citizen status. The same is true for actions that create an intimidating, offensive or hostile environment.
